For the last decade or so I have developed easy methods for myself and personal clients that help strengthen the entire ‘posterior muscle chain’.
The PMC is a group of muscles that run from the top of the neck along the back of the body, down to the feet.
It includes the glutes, hamstrings, calves, erector spinae, and latissimus dorsi.
The PMC is important for many movements, including: Getting up from the floor, standing, walking, running, jumping, correcting posture and changing direction just to name a few. We use these muscles everyday and they must be strengthened.

As I read these verses below from Luke 21 I am eager to help strengthen bodies and spirits and help correct postures… as many people are unable to ‘straighten up and raise their heads’ because of lack of strength and poor posture.
25 “And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves, 26 people fainting with fear and with foreboding of what is coming on the world. For the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 27 And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 Now when these things begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

What are the responsibilities of a ‘watchman’?
Typically, a watchman works as a type of security for the entirety of the church body: the people who belong to God, love Him, and are called by Him.
Watchmen’s intent is stopping or preventing the church body from falling prey to the enemy of our souls by sharing the Word, encouraging the body to seek Him in all their ways, and sharing applicable ways to understand & apply the Word of God.
